The Sheltered Town Beach

Sweeping gently along the sheltered inner curve of the natural harbour, the Playa de Porto Cristo is a beautiful, 350-metre-long golden sand beach. Protected from the wind and heavy waves by high cliffs, the shallow, calm turquoise waters are excellent for families travelling with young children. The beach is bordered by a paved, tree-lined promenade that features a children's play area, public showers, restrooms, and a lifeguard station during the summer. A wooden ramp provides full accessibility for wheelchair users and strollers.
